Electrical Safety Certificates for Estate Agents, Letting Agents & Offices
We conduct electrical safety checks and provide the landlord with a certificate of compliance. These electrical safety certificates are mandatory between tenancies.
We undertake PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) in offices and homes. Landlords sometimes provide white goods such as washers, fridges and freezers as part of the package for a tenant. These appliances require safety certification.
In offices all appliances must be PAT tested, including computers, photocopiers, printers, servers, heaters, fans, microwaves and kettles.
